Mid Ulster Branch Honorary Member, Dr Raja Muhammad Bin Raja Harun has been notified by the British Commonwealth and Foreign Office on the 8th October 2014 that, “Her Majesty the Queen has been graciously pleased to appoint you honorary Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, (MBE), in recognition of your services in commercial horticulture and to the community in Belfast.”

Dr Raja Harun, an alumni of the Royal Military College in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and his wife Rita have been great supporters and friends of the National Malaya and Borneo Veterans’ Association whose members give hearty congratulations to Dr Raja on this well deserved award.
